Refunds and Returns

At Savvy Farmhouse, we strive to bring you the highest quality items, however if for some reason you are unhappy, please contact us. Please note items listed in the "Savvy Farmhouse Collection" or that are hand made/custom are not eligible for a return or refund. The amount paid for the item will turn into store credit (only applies to builds of similar style/price. Signs and other items are not included) in which you can use for another build of similar price/style. To be eligible for a return (non handmade items), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be included in its original packaging.

Savvy Farmhouse will refund on the following terms:

    1. You did not receive your order
    2. If the item is significantly different than described or shown in the site

Items must be returned with tags attached in original packaging within 14 days of receiving order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of either approval or rejection of your refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders including signs/furniture
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
