This custom-built media wall is designed for a tv to fit up to 85" and features stone ledger finish with a custom mantle and hearth-style base wrap. Standing  8 ft tall and 90" wide and 9" deep, it creates a true statement wall while keeping a warm, cozy feel in your living room. Professional delivery to San Antonio is included.

• Overall Size: 8 ft tall × 90" wide
• TV Size: Designed for up to 85" TV
• Fireplace: 72" electric fireplace insert included (120v standard plug required)
• Finish: stone ledger (no side cabinets)
• Design Features: Custom mantle and hearth-style base wrap
• Delivery: Professional delivery to Von Ormy, 78252
• Electrical: One standard outlet required behind wall (client responsibility). ***We do not inspect the power outage for the fireplace requirement.
• Stone: white or gray ledger is included in the price. Grouting the grooves of the stone is not required but can be added for an additional charge of $400. We will fill the stone to the ceiling, stone to wall, hearth top to stone, around the mantle and any cracks about 1/8" thick. Any natural ledger cracks will not be filled. 

Pricing

• Total Price: $4700 before tax
• Paying with Affirm, client will see what they qualify for. If the client is not able to pay in full with Affirm. The clients responsibility will be paid in cash,cc, or debit card. 
• Client will pay the difference of what affirm cant cover cash or card on day one upon arrival on install day. At least 60% needs to be paid prior to first day of install. 

Policies

• All payments are non-refundable, no exceptions. 
• No material changes are allowed on installation day.
• Change requests after the build has started will incur additional material and labor fees.
• Installation delays due to last-minute changes or weather may require rescheduling and may result in a different install date. All installations are done during the week, unless the clients wants the installation on a holiday, or weekend. The project will be $500 more for a holiday or weekend.
