-Side shelves 42” wide each x 8 ft tall with crown and painted adjustable shelving and shaker style doors with black hardware, 2 drawers and 2 doors 

-Bulky mantle and corbels (no hearth )

This is a partial 1/2 retainer of $5250 the whole amount of $10500 for the entire project.
