Custom media wall with built-in cabinets, and a traditional 60" fireplace insert. This listing covers design, build, delivery, and installation for the project as described below.

DESCRIPTION

• Approximate total size: 8 ft tall × 10 ft wide wooden shelving (12" depth total not including the shelf space)
• Painted in all white
• Will be trimmed at the top but not touching the height of the ceiling if the space is taller than 8ft.
• Shelf lighting
• Clean, built-in look with finished trim work and paint-ready surfaces
• Custom-built in our shop using quality materials
• Professional delivery & installation included (San Antonio & surrounding areas). Project to be installed at 78221
• Late February installation. Dates TBD after meeting.
• 90" tv mounting inset in the center space (tv mount not included)
• soundbar space, with no mantle

PAYMENT & POLICIES

• Total price: $3400.00 before taxes (3680.50)
• Payment plan:
  • paying $1500.00 before tax using Affirm
  • Paying the rest cash/cc/dc of $1900 before tax
• A portion of the project total will be paid through Affirm. 
• All payments are non-refundable, no exceptions once materials have been ordered and production has begun.
• No material changes are allowed on installation day.
• Change requests after build starts will incur additional material & labor fees.
• Installation delays due to last-minute changes or weather may require rescheduling and may result in additional fees (excluding weather dealys).
• No materials will be left behind for the client to keep except for small touch up paint. 
  
• If you would like to add a bigger fireplace size, price for the 80" will be $250 more or the 72" would be $180 more which can be paid upon delivery.
• Once paid you have acknowledged to the terms.

FINANCING OPTIONS

We offer flexible financing through Affirm at checkout. Customers can check eligibility instantly and view available monthly payment options (with interest) before completing the purchase. A portion of the project can be financed, with the remaining balance paid by cash/card according to the agreed payment schedule.

PRODUCTION & INSTALL

Each media wall is custom-built in our shop in Lytle, Texas. Once the design is approved and payment arrangements are made, we’ll begin production and schedule your installation dates. Professional delivery and installation are included for customers within our San Antonio service area (additional travel fees may apply for outlying cities).
